  • ABOUT: Iron Kettle is a platform for small tea growers in India and Nepal. We work with them to improve leaf quality and the leaves we source have a 70% or higher fine leaf count, our quality benchmark.
  • FARMER: This tea comes from small tea growers in Rajagarh village, Assam. Tea is the main source of livelihood here, and we work closely with them to help them earn better prices for higher quality.
  • TEA: This tea is blend of high quality CTC teas which produces a strong, full bodied cup. It’s a tea perfect to brew a cup of chai, with milk and sweetner.
  • TASTE: This is a classic summer Assam tea, with a ripe fruity aroma. It’s well suited as a breakfast cup.
  • STEEPING GUIDE: Use 2-3g of tea per 110ml of water. Water should be at boiling temperature. Pour water over tea and steep for 4-5 minutes. Add milk and sugar as per taste.
