Drop shipping Concept for the Indian, Dubai and Malaysian Products
We have now introduced the drop shipping concept for all the E-commerce sellers in Srilanka. The sellers can now list the products by referring to the Indian E-commerce sites and list the products in their account. Step 01 – List products
You can list the Indian products in your account. You can refer to the below suggested URL’s for listing purposes.

Step 02 - Calculating Price
The price of the products will be mentioned in INR, AED and MYR and you will have to convert to USD or relevant currency depending on the country you wish to sell. The shipping cost can be calculated from our website www.colombomail.lk under the fee calculator.
Kindly note that we have mentioned the basic standard charges in our fee calculator. If you wish to use any other service with India Post like Speed Post/EMS you can inform us.
Further, if you wish to get the items back to Sri Lanka, the cost will vary day by day. Hence, please call our hotline number to get the exact rate for the day to get your item to Sri Lanka.
Step 03 – Get orders
Once the products are listed, you will start getting the orders from international buyers.
Step 04 – Inform Colombo Mail
Once you have got the orders, inform us by sending an email to dropshipping@colombomail.lk with below details. Once we get the email, we will purchase the item, do the proper packing, send the item to your customer via India Post and update you with the tracking number for the item.

Step 05 - Payments
Colombo Mail will be charging a 10% service charge on the total cost. The prices quoted will be in INR, AED and MYR respectively. However, you can make the payment in LKR at our Srilankan office based on the current exchange rate for the day.
