• Place tea leaves in a cup, tea infuser or strainer and pour hot water over the leaves. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Best enjoyed plain without adding milk or sugar. Add a dash of honey and lemon juice for additional flavour and for boosting immunity.

• Organic Tea from Makaibari Tea Estates is free from pesticides, toxins and chemicals. Tea here is treated as a herb, one of the many medicines provided by the surrounding forests, known to aid metabolism and cure several ailments. The mulch used is completely natural, formulated with what is available at the estate, to not upset the delicate balance of the permaculture system.
