DIRECTIONS: Put 1 tea bag of Nursing Mothers Tea into a cup of hot water and steep for about 3-4 minutes. Preferred without milk.
REUSABLE TEA BAGS – Containing only the finest and most potent ingredients from around the world, each tea bag can be reused to sustain optimum levels throughout the day. Our 1 tea bag can generally be brewed for up to 3 times. Increase the steeping time by one minute for subsequent brews. Store the used tea bag in fridge / cool place in-between use.
