• BREW HOT TEA: Boil water in a kettle. While waiting for the water to boil, add 1 Tsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 Tsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot and steep for 3-5 minutes or till the desired strength. After that, pour into the cup and enjoy.
• BREW ICED TEA: Prepare hot tea at double the strength and pour into a glass to refrigerate. Serve with ice cubes. Add chilled water if required.
