• BREW HOT TEA: Boil water in a kettle. While waiting for the water to boil, add 1 Tsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 tsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Pour into tea cups and enjoy. BREW ICED TEA: Prepare hot tea at double the strength and pour into a glass filled with ice. Melting ice will dilute to serving strength.
