Oolong Tea is made from the leaves, buds, and stems of the Camellia Sinensis plant. This is the same plant that is also used to make black tea and green tea.
The best temperature to brew Oolong Tea at is about 195 degrees Fahrenheit or 91 degrees centigrade. If you don’t have a thermometer, simply let boiling water cool for about two minutes to achieve this temperature. Add 2gm or 1 tsp Oolong Tea Leaves in 200ml water and let it steep for 1-2 minutes. You can then filter or stain and enjoy your tea!
