The best temperature to brew Green Tea at is about 175 degrees Fahrenheit or 79 degrees centigrade. If you don’t have a thermometer, simply let boiling water cool for about two minutes to achieve this temperature. Add 2gm or 1 tsp Green Tea Leaves in 200ml water and let it steep for 1-2 minutes
