The best temperature to brew Black Tea at is about 195 degrees Fahrenheit or 91 degrees centigrade. If you don’t have a thermometer, simply let boiling water cool for about two minutes to achieve this temperature. Add 2gm or 1 tsp Black Tea Leaves in 200ml water and let it steep for 1-2 minutes.
