Brewing method:
Pour a teaspoon of tea with 95 degree C hot water (so-called boiling hot not boiling white water), brew in two ways: -
By brewing for a short time, up to 3 minutes, the infusion is refreshing and stimulating.
- Infusion for up to 5 minutes, gives an infusion with a relaxing effect.
