  • BREW HOT TEA: Heat water in a kettle. Add 1 Tsp of loose leaf tea for the pot and 1 tsp for each Cup (150 ml) into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in the teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Pour into tea cups and enjoy.
  • BREW ICED TEA: Prepare hot tea at double the strength and pour into a glass filled with ice. Melting ice will dilute to serving strength.
  • RECOMMENDATIONS: Can be taken straight or with milk and cream, additional sweetener such as honey or sugar can be added as per taste
